The 11th China Changchun International Ceramics Symposium and the 2023 Lianhuashan Ceramics Camp have successfully concluded.

 During the event, more than 120 artworks from over 30 ceramists from 18 countries and regions were collected.

Recently, after intense preparations, the Selected Artworks Exhibition of the 11th China Changchun International Ceramics Symposium has kicked off with a display of exquisite artworks. The exhibited artworks primarily consist of newly made works from the 11th China Changchun International Ceramics Symposium and a collection of selected masterpieces from previous sessions. A total of 161 pieces (sets) of artworks are on display. The exhibition is open to the public starting from October 15th, and visitors can make appointments to attend and view the exhibition.

Ceramic works

On the right-hand side at the entrance, there is a display of artworks from the 11th China Changchun International Ceramics Symposium in 2023. There are lifelike “galloping horse”, uniquely shaped “ceramic sculpture”, and meticulously detailed “vintage tractor”, among others.

Between clay and fire, silent beauty emerges.

Through the interaction of water and fire, clay solidifies and becomes vessels.

In the masterpiece section, you can also see the ceramic artworks of domestic ceramic masters Zhou Guozhen, Liu Yuanchang, and Yao Yongkang.

There are dedicated displays for Longquan celadon works, Jun porcelain works, blue and white porcelain works, as well as creatively crafted ceramic animals. Some of these ceramic artworks are appealing, while others subvert stereotypes and they are all highly expressive.

◆Opening hours: Starting from October 15th, the exhibition is open at 9:00-16:00 (last entry at 15:30) from Tuesday to Sunday, but closed on Monday.
