Introduction:Using the technique of 'transfer printing', the artist has carved three female figures with an 'M' at the beginning of their names - Mona Lisa, Marilyn Monroe and Madonna - on the surface of three cylinders. This is an expression of affection and respect for these three famous female figures from different eras.

Introduction:The artist has created three infant forms with different postures and facial expressions. The surface the babies are decorated with traditional and contemporary patterns and motifs, symbolising the exuberance and beauty of new life.

Introduction:Using the technique of 'transfer printing', the ceramist has printed a report and commentary on the cloned sheep (Dolly) on the surface of the ceramic work. The work is intended to explore whether genetic technology has a positive impact on human progress and to raise ethical and moral concerns.
